How to return a product?
1. Report a return in the panel
Do you have an account? Log in with the email address used for your purchase and go to the order history tab.
Are you buying as a guest? Go to the returns page and enter your order number and the email provided during purchase to access the form.
2. Choose products
For the selected order, click the "Request a return" button. Indicate the items you wish to return and complete the short online application form.
3. Wait for approval
Our team is reviewing your submission. Once it has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with further shipping instructions for your country.
4. Return the parcel and receive a refund
Pack the product and send it free of charge according to the instructions provided.
Once we receive and check the parcel, we will refund you using the same method used to pay for the order.
