Cadence paints for decorating candles and soaps - 50 ml

Quick-drying Cadence water-based paints designed for decorating candles, soaps, and other wax and slippery surfaces. The special formula facilitates adhesion to surfaces where classic paints might have trouble staying on. These paints are suitable for painting fine details, creating distressed effects and embellishments, as well as covering larger sections of a candle or soap. Depending on the chosen variant, they can achieve decorative finishes, including metallic and glitter effects.

Important when decorating candles: The paint is intended for decorating the surface of the candle, not for coloring the entire wax mass. After drying, the coating may partially transfer to fingers or other surfaces if rubbed vigorously.

When burning a decorated candle, the paint layer may, along with the melting wax, transfer into the molten wax pool or remain on its surface.

Do not apply a large amount of paint directly near the wick. Excess product may get into the wick and disrupt its proper burning.

Every decorated candle intended for burning should undergo a full burn test before being sold or produced in larger series.

Instructions for use:

1. The surface of the candle or soap should be clean and dry.
2. Mix the paint thoroughly before use.
3. Pour the required amount of product into a separate, clean container.
4. Apply a thin layer using a brush, sponge, or stick.
5. Allow to dry completely.
6. For stronger coverage, apply a second coat only after the first has dried.
7. Allow the finished decoration to dry completely before further use.

Approximate drying time for one layer: approximately 3-6 hours.
The time may vary depending on the thickness of the layer, type of surface, temperature, and humidity of the environment.

How to achieve the best effect?
For stronger coverage, we recommend applying two thin layers instead of one very thick one. The final effect may vary depending on the application method. A brush may leave a different effect than a sponge or spot application with a stick.

After opening the package, it is recommended to remove the paper disc located in the cap. Only clean and dry tools should be used for work. We do not recommend repeatedly dipping the brush directly into the original packaging. It is best to pour the required amount of paint into a separate container each time - this reduces the risk of introducing contaminants and mold into the product.

Water-based paints are sensitive to storage and use.

To maintain their properties:

• store the product in a dry and shaded place,
• protect from direct sunlight,
• store at room temperature,
• close the packaging tightly and securely after each use,
• use only clean and dry tools,
• do not pour water or other substances directly into the original packaging.

Introducing moisture, dirt, or biological contaminants into the packaging may lead to a deterioration of the paint's properties, including mold growth.

Do not apply to skin or use as a cosmetic product. Avoid contact with eyes and mouth. It is recommended to protect the work surface and clothing while working. After finishing work, wash hands and the tools used with soap and water. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Do not use the product if you notice an unusual change in smell, signs of mold, or other clear signs of contamination. When decorating candles intended for burning, do not apply excessive amounts of paint near the wick. Decoration may affect the way the candle burns, so a test should be carried out on the finished product.
