EasyWax Coco Coconut Wax - Poured Candles

EasyWax Coco is a soft, 100% coconut wax, intended as a refining additive for other waxes. It softens their structure, smooths the candle surface, improves adhesion to glass containers, and enhances burning quality. It also helps to release scents better during burning, increasing the intensity of the candle's fragrance. It can be used for container candles, but due to its low melting point, we recommend using it in blends with harder waxes. When used alone, the wax may soften or melt at high temperatures, especially during summer.

Recommendations for working with the wax:
Recommended heating temperature: 70°C.
Recommended pouring temperature: 45°C.
Do not heat above: 85°C.
Maximum fragrance load: 8%.

Additional tips:

• EasyWax Coco works best as an ingredient in wax blends, where it improves structure, surface, adhesion to glass, and scent release.
• For container candles, we recommend combining it with a harder wax. Used alone, it may be too soft, especially during high temperatures in summer.
• In a warm room, during transport, or when left in the sun, it may become soft like butter, partially melt, or change form. This is a natural property of the wax and does not indicate a defect.
• After pouring, the candle should be left to cool completely at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
• Each proportion of coconut wax and base wax should be tested with the chosen fragrance composition, dye, wick, and container.
• The given temperatures are manufacturer's recommendations and may require adjustment for a specific recipe. Each combination of wax, fragrance composition, dye, wick, and container should be tested before starting larger production.
• When mixing coconut wax with soy wax, it is recommended to start with an addition of 10-20% EasyWax Coco. The greater the proportion of coconut wax, the softer and more sensitive to high temperatures the finished blend will be. Changing the proportions of waxes affects the burning characteristics, so for each recipe, the wick should be re-selected and a full burn test performed.

Storage: The wax should be stored in its original, tightly sealed packaging, at a temperature of 15-20°C. Protect from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat sources. Due to its low melting point, the product may soften or melt during hot weather – this does not affect the quality of the raw material.

Precautions: This product is intended for making candles and wax products. Do not consume. Do not use as a cosmetic product. Keep out of reach of children and animals. Exercise caution when melting – hot wax may cause burns. Avoid contact of hot wax with skin and eyes. Do not leave heated wax unattended. Store in a dry, cool place, away from heat sources. Keep the packaging away from infants and young children - risk of suffocation.
