How to place an order with internati onal delivery?
- Place an order on our online store.
- In the delivery address fi eld enter any Polish shipping details so that the system can accept the order. You can use our address: ul. Polna 1a, 21-470 Krzywda.
- Enter your internati onal delivery details in the "order message" fi eld (name, surname, street, region, postal code, city, country, internati onal phone number).
- Choose the "traditi onal transfer" payment method and a random delivery opti on. Finalize the order but do not make payment!
- Once the order is processed in our system we will inform you of the fi nal internati onal shipping cost and send you a payment link to your email address (waiti ng ti me can take up to 24h).

ATTENTION! INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS CAN NOT INCLUDE DRIED FLOWERS AND OTHER DRIED FRUITS AND SPICES.
What is the cost of delivery?
The cost of internati onal delivery depends on the size of the order, weight, size of the shipment and the delivery locati on. The price of internati onal shipping is calculated individually. We deliver through the DHL transport company.
Do you issue an invoice?
If you have a company within the EU and have a European VAT number, we can issue an invoice without VAT.
Where do we ship?
We only ship to European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croati a, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
WE DO NOT SHIP TO: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, United Kingdom and other countries not menti oned above.
